RGS Worcester Educators Enlighten at EdTech Summit
On Tuesday, Director of Innovation, Mr John Jones and Head of Computing and Digital Learning at RGS The Grange, Mr Matt Warne, were honoured to be invited to present at the EdTech Summit event at the extraordinary Samsung KX Space in King’s Cross, London.
Their presentation demonstrated how the digital culture at RGS Worcester has provided the agility to embrace Artificial intelligence meaningfully across the education curriculum and highlight what we have learned so far from data collection, successes and lessons. Mr Jones and Mr Warne shared authentic examples of the effective use of Artificial intelligence across The RGS Family of Schools. Underpinning everything shared during the presentation was the significance of Artificial Intelligence literacy for teachers, pupils, parents and the entire education community.
The EdTech Hubs provide the ability to learn, share and connect with educators and schools and help the RGS Family of Schools to harness the potential, circumnavigate the challenges, and ensure that we get the best out of this extraordinary technology.
It is becoming clear that The RGS Worcester Family of Schools is ahead in educating about the benefits and challenges of AI in education. Thank you to Mr Jones and Mr Warne for their hard work to enlighten teachers and pupils about AI and make sure we are all ready for, and excited about, what lies ahead.
