Capturing a moment in time: Whole School Photograph
Pupils from across the School assembled on Flagge Meadow on Wednesday afternoon for the whole school photograph. With postponement caused by the pandemic, the last such photograph was taken in 2017 so this was an excellent opportunity to capture an image of the current RGS cohort of pupils and staff, and create a lasting memory of their time at school.
With over 1,000 people (pupils and staff) in attendance, the occasion needed to be a well-organised affair, and all RGS staff assisted to ensure the event went smoothly. We were delighted to welcome the familiar faces of returning teaching staff, some of whom have been on maternity leave and who brought along some of the newest additions to the RGS Family.
Despite April showers earlier in the day, the sun shone just in time and the weather just about held for the main event!
