Bleep Test Charity Event
This week saw the staff supporting Sport Relief in this challenging fitness test. The idea behind the ‘Bleep Test’ is that each participant runs between two yellow cones within a certain time marked by a ‘bleep’. The amount of time between ‘bleeps’ gets shorter and shorter until the last person is able to make the timing. This was a heavily contested competition with staff giving it their all and the crowd cheered them on with appreciation and support. It was a close run competition but Mr Roots, Director of Sport, was the final winner and retained his crown after last year’s success.
The competitors were Mr Roots, Mr Jones, Mr Scanlon, Mr Webster, Miss Bennett, Mrs Earle, Miss Gidon, Dr Ehlers and Mrs Witcomb. Well done to them all.
