🎉❤️ Raising Funds & Spreading Smiles for Comic Relief! ❤️🎉
Today, the RGS Worcester Family of Schools hosted a hugely successful non-uniform day in support of Comic Relief Red Nose Day! Pupils came in home clothes or RGS Sports kit—showing off their best red accents—to help raise vital funds for communities affected by poverty, homelessness, domestic abuse, drought in East Africa, and the recent earthquake in Syria and Turkey.
A special highlight was our Staff vs Pupil Netball match organized by the Charity Committee, overseen by Mrs Noble and Mrs Sturdy. Despite some of our top players sitting out to protect themselves for the upcoming Superball matches, the game was a hit and added to the fantastic fundraising efforts.
A heartfelt thank you to our pupil-led Charity Committee, our dedicated teachers, support staff, and every individual who contributed to this important event. Together, we’re making a real difference!

Congratulations to the the Rugby 1st VII team for winning the Shield at King`s Worcester`s Rugby 7s tournament yesterday.
We were delighted to welcome nine local primary schools to take part in the annual RGS Worcester Primary Schools’ Netball Tournament, with 36 matches played throughout the afternoon! 🎉🏆
A huge shoutout to our RGS Sports Leaders from Year 10 (working towards their CSLA) and Lower Sixth (completing their Level 3 qualifications) for their fantastic support in umpiring, scoring, and timekeeping. This event provided an excellent opportunity for them to put their leadership skills into action while ensuring the smooth running of the tournament.
Well done to all teams for a brilliant afternoon of netball! 💚👏
