The Start of an Exciting Journey
As the new academic year unfolds across The RGS Worcester Family of Schools, it has been wonderful to see our new pupils in Years Seven, Eight, Nine, Ten, and the Sixth Form settling in at RGS Worcester. Pupils have been meeting their teachers, making friends, and quickly becoming part of the RGS community. It is also heartwarming to see both pupils and staff reconnect after the summer break.
We asked some of our new Year Seven pupils to share their thoughts on their first week at school, and here’s what they had to say:
“I was nervous at first, but everyone is so friendly! I’ve already made some new friends.”
“I can’t wait to try out all the different clubs and activities they have here!”
“I am looking forward to learning new subjects that we didn’t have in primary school.”
This week has marked the start of an exciting journey at RGS Worcester, one filled with new opportunities, challenges, and friendships. Whether you are stepping into our classrooms for the first time or continuing your journey with us, we are confident you will find a warm and supportive environment where you can thrive.
Here’s to making new friends, embracing new experiences, and achieving great things together. Welcome to the RGS family!
